Handmade
Our leather products are made with real cow and horse hide. This ain't no sissy leather; all scars are characteristics of the skin and the animal's life. We hope you enjoy our unique handmade objects! 

Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped first class or priority mail depending on weight. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after shipment.

Because all of our items are handmade to order, please allow up to two weeks for your items to leave our studio and 3-7 days for shipment. If you need your items on a certain date, please contact us to request an expedited order.

International Customers
Once the package leaves the US, the package is no longer trackable. Typically, orders arrive within 5 - 15 business days. Unfortunately, shipping internationally is not perfect and sometimes orders are lost or held up in customs. We have limited ability to investigate lost package cases if they have not arrived at their destination after exiting the US. For international orders, please contact us for shipping arrangements before placing your order.

Please notify us within 30 days of shipment if your package has not arrived, we will do our best to investigate. Note that lost packages are not the responsibility of Espacio Handmade.

Import Tax
International customers may also be subject to an import tax, as calculated and applied by their own government (we are not provided with your tax implication information when shipping your package). Should this fee be applied to you, Espacio Handmade will not be held responsible for covering or reimbursing charges. If the product is returned due to failure to pay appropriate tariffs, the cost of the product, minus the cost of shipping will be refunded. ***PLEASE NOTE: We will not under any circumstances change the value of your package to avoid import taxes.***

Returns
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items within 7 days for in store credit only. Store credit must be used within 30 days. Please email us for a return authorization number. Please pack your return in its original box or similar substitute, and use a padded mailer for shipping. Espacio Handmade is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.  After the return is received you will have credit from your 1st purchase to chose another item for equal of lesser value until you use your full credit amount. If you choose an item that costs more than your credit amount, you may pay the difference.

Gift items may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. If you would like an item of greater value, you may pay the difference.

Special orders and custom items are not returnable.
